Set up 300 portable toilets with one man instead of five.

“We have a project that happens in our area every 7 years, where we set up about 300 toilets. So, 7 years ago, that process took 5 men and 2 weeks to set up, and 5 men and 2 weeks to get the toilets back. With CRO, we were able to complete the project with one man in one and a half weeks. It was incredible. I am seeing that we are more efficient with our time and manpower.”

Why Portables Operators Love CRO

Halco Portables
Kevin D.President, Halco Portables
“CRO is an excellent, easy-to-use platform. It offers route and asset management capabilities, along with helpful reporting that provides valuable insights into our business. Our routes now happen in real time and are more efficient than ever before.”
Carter’s Septic Tank Service
Kayla C.Office Manager, Carter’s Septic Tank Service
“CRO was easy to learn and to implement! I genuinely do not know how we operated before. It was a breath of fresh air to see how easy it was to navigate, and how well our crews took to it! Our office, dispatchers, and drivers all rave about how much they love CRO now. It checked all the boxes for us.”
Hoffman Sanitation Services
Stewart HoffmanOwner, Hoffman Sanitation Services
“We’re growing like crazy, and it never would’ve happened had we stayed where it was at. We use CRO for everything: trash roll-offs, portable toilets, and pumping. They’re all separate, and they’re all in CRO. You can easily switch between ‘here’s my roll off, then switch to portables, or switch to septic.”

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Questions operators ask us first

How long is the call?

About 15 minutes. A CRO specialist learns how you run today and answers your questions. If CRO is a fit, we set up a full demo built around your operation.

How much does CRO cost?

A flat monthly base plus a per-truck fee. Every plan includes unlimited office users, so adding dispatchers or billing staff does not raise your bill. You get a number for your fleet on the call.

Does it work with QuickBooks?

Yes. CRO syncs with both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, so invoices from finished jobs flow into your books without double entry.

Can it run more than one service line?

Yes. Hoffman Sanitation runs roll-offs, portable toilets, and pumping in CRO, each kept separate.

Can drivers mark where each unit sits on a job site?

Yes. Drivers plot each unit on the job site map, so the next driver goes straight to it. Recurring routes dispatch on their own, and emergency stops slot in without rebuilding the day.

My drivers aren't tech savvy. Will they use it?

Yes. CRO For Drivers runs on any newer iPhone or Android phone. Carter's Septic says their office, dispatchers, and drivers all took to it. Training and support are free for your whole team.

What happens to my existing data?

We move it for you. Our onboarding team migrates your customer list and billing details into CRO, so switching is not a heavy lift for you or your team. We stay with you through setup and training at no extra cost.

"The software is good but the customer service is AMAZING!" Jon G., Google review

How fast can we go live?

Most operations are fully live in four to six weeks. It depends on how many trucks you run and how your current systems connect. Our team moves at a fast pace and makes sure your business keeps running while you switch. Training stays free after go-live, including for new hires.
