New DVIR capabilities give your team better visibility into open vehicle defects, documented repairs, driver sign-off, and inspection history. Open defects are surfaced directly in the inspection workflow, while driver certification helps ensure repaired vehicles are signed off before returning to service. Your team can also see repair status, pending certifications, and up to 90 days of inspection history in one place.

The result is more than a digital inspection. Your team gets to create a complete record of every defect from the initial report, through repair, to driver sign-off before the vehicle returns to service.

We’ve also introduced Dump Tickets and Disposal Site Visits, which let drivers record disposal stops and photograph receipts directly from the job ticket. That gives the office the documentation it needs to bill disposal charges without chasing down paper tickets.
