Visual Dispatch 2025 Year-in-Review
As 2025 draws to a close, we want to thank the companies that run their daily operations on Visual Dispatch. Your dispatchers, operators, mechanics, and back office teams keep complicated work moving, and your feedback continues to shape the product in ways that reflect the real pressures of running a crane business.
Leading the Industry in Job Coordination and Operational Reliability
Visual Dispatch has always been built around the practical realities customers deal with, shifting crews, unexpected site requirements, equipment constraints, and the constant need to keep work progressing without surprises.
This year, we focused on four themes that consistently surfaced across conversations with customers, safety, job readiness, visibility into what crews are doing, and tighter handoffs into accounting systems.
For Dispatchers and Field Crews, Safer Jobs, Fewer Missed Steps, Better Visibility
Paper based processes weaken safety programs and create blind spots for both dispatch and the field. In 2025, we introduced Forms in Visual Dispatch to replace those gaps with a clearer, auditable workflow.
Pre start inspections, JSA acknowledgements, and ad hoc compliance forms are now embedded directly into My Jobs and eTickets, so operators complete required steps without leaving their existing workflow. Admins can review submitted forms, track maintenance issues raised in pre starts, and see a single list of problems that need attention.
These updates help companies,
- Replace paperwork risk with accurate digital records
- Reduce missed steps by requiring crew wide JSA acknowledgement
- Guide operators through conditional fields so required details are captured the first time
- Create maintenance tasks automatically when issues are reported and sync them with Rapid Fleet
The goal is straightforward, fewer gaps in preparation and fewer surprises once crews arrive on site.
For Back Office Teams, Cleaner Billing and Accounting Workflows
Accounting teams often absorb the cost of messy data. This year, we expanded integrations with MYOB AccountRight and Xero, strengthened support for payment terms and account selection, improved GST handling, and made invoice exports more consistent across systems.
We also broadened the set of supported accounting platforms, giving more customers a direct path from operational data to invoice ready records. You can now connect Visual Dispatch with:
- QuickBooks Online and Desktop
- Sage 50 and Sage ECR
- MYOB
- Xero
These integrations reduce duplicate entry, cut down on reconciliation, and give back office teams more confidence that the numbers coming out of Visual Dispatch match what lands in the financial system.
Built for More, Ready for What’s Next
Thousands of jobs run through Visual Dispatch every day, and reliability will remain a first order priority. The work our customers do is too time sensitive and too equipment intensive for anything less.
Thank you for your partnership this past year. The product keeps improving because of the pressure you apply, the problems you surface, and the trust you place in us to support your operations. We look forward to what comes next in 2026.
