RapidWorks 2025 Year-in-Review
As 2025 comes to a close, we want to take a moment to thank the customers who make RapidWorks what it is. Every day, your teams rely on RapidWorks to run essential operations, from dispatching and job execution to billing, fleet management, and everything in between.
Because of your trust and continued partnership, RapidWorks remains the industry’s most proven and reliable platform for heavy equipment and field teams.
This year brought more work through RapidWorks than ever before. Together, we:
- Processed over 800k jobs
- Managed $1.5B in invoices
- Supported over 6,000 pieces of equipment
- Kept operations running smoothly across 1000 yards.
These numbers reflect the real work you’re doing in the field, the complexity of the jobs your teams take on, and the confidence you place in RapidWorks to help you deliver safely, efficiently, and profitably.
Leading the Heavy Equipment Job Management Industry Forward
RapidWorks has always believed that the most effective technology is built in partnership with the people who use it. This year reinforced that belief. The feedback, ideas, and day-to-day realities you share help us stay ahead of the industry’s evolving needs, and they push us to continue delivering tools that match the way you work.
In 2025, our focus was clear: strengthen the core workflows that matter most to your teams—building on safety, compliance, visibility, and operational flow. Across dispatch, the field, the shop, and the back office, we introduced features that are now helping thousands of teams stay more organized, compliant, and connected throughout the job lifecycle.
For Dispatchers: Making Complex Jobs Simpler to Manage
Dispatchers face increasing complexity: more job requirements, more safety expectations, and more pressure to keep schedules accurate across multiple teams and equipment types.
This year, we introduced Multiple Checklists, a feature that allows dispatchers to assign more than one checklist to a job, so teams can complete JSAs, customer-specific workflows, and equipment inspections separately but in one place.
For dispatchers, this feature:
- Reduces manual work and eliminates confusion
- Keeps crews aligned even on complex or multi-phase jobs.
- Offers clearer visibility into what’s complete and what still needs attention, strengthening both compliance and job readiness.
For Operators: Faster Reporting and Clearer Communication
Operators are at the center of job execution, and small improvements in their workflow can have a large impact across the entire organization.
This year, we added DVIRs with Photos, giving operators the ability to snap a photo when an issue is found during an inspection.
For operators, this feature:
- Saves time and eliminates the need for paper
- Improves communication with mechanics to repair issues faster.
- Automatic syncs with Rapid Fleet, allowing mechanics to review visual details before starting work, and mechanics can also send photos of repairs in Fleet back to the Rapid on the Go app, enabling operators to approve and certify the fix.
Say hello to new integrations! We know how critical it is to get live engine diagnostics and trip data. We’ve also introduced Telus and Verizon GPS integrations to improve logistics with real-time location tracking and accurate job times, without changing telematics providers.
For Back-Office Teams: More Accuracy, More Efficiency
Back-office teams often feel the effects of inaccurate time tracking, complex jobs with multiple stops, and slow, manual payment processes. To help, we expanded our GPS capabilities with Multi-Stop GPS Billing, which automatically calculates time and mileage across all job-related locations, including disposal sites and secondary stops.
For the Back-Office team, this feature:
- Improves billing accuracy
- Reduces manual adjustments
- Strengthens payroll workflows, especially for teams where multi-stop jobs are the norm.
For Mechanics and Shops: Standardized Inspections You Can Rely On
Mechanic inspections are too important for paper or inconsistent processes. This year, we introduced Mechanic Inspections via Rapid Fleet, which gives mechanics and shop managers a reliable way to standardize required steps, capture photos and notes, and ensure every inspection is completed before a work order is closed.
Inspections can be configured for regulatory requirements, insurance expectations, OEM guidelines, or internal procedures, adapting to the needs of any shop.
For the team, this feature:
- Digitizes and automates the inspection workflow
- Enables teams to prove compliance at a moment’s notice and reduce risk
- Strengthens historical records that support audits, insurance reviews, and long-term equipment value.
Built for More. Ready for What’s Next.
We’re incredibly proud of what we built together this year, but we’re even more excited about what’s ahead.
Thank you again for your partnership. RapidWorks is what it is because of the work you do, the feedback you share, and the trust you place in us to support your business. We’re looking forward to another strong year together.
